Diana Hitzke

Dr. Diana Hitzke is assistant professor at the Slavic Department at Justus Liebig University Gießen. She received her PhD from Erfurt University in 2013 with a dissertation on Nomadic Writing after the Disintegration of Yugoslavia. Her research includes World Literature, Translation, Migration and Multilingual Writing within (Trans-)Slavic contexts. She has published book chapters and articles on a number of women writers such as Dubravka Ugrešić, Barbi Marković, Adriana Altaras and Olga Grjasnowa.
