A. Sempertegui

Andrea Sempertegui holds a M.A. in Political Theory from the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology and a graduate fellow at the Graduate Center for the Study of Culture (GCSC) in Giessen, Germany. Here research interests include popular feminist movements, postcolonial/decolonial thought, struggles over territory and natural resource extraction, and indigenous and environmentalist resistance politics.
